Apple Cider Sangria

Fall is the time for all things apple! This Apple Cider Sangria, made with fresh apples and juicy pears, will put a zing in your Halloween or Thanksgiving get togethers. When made in the Zing 54 carafe, you'll release flavors with the specially designed muddling wandso you can enjoy this sangria in minutes!



1 bottle of white wine

1 cup of apple spice infused whiskey or vodka

3 cups of apple cider

2 pears

2 apples (more for garnish - optional)

cinnamon-sugar rimming mix

cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional)




  • Clean and wash all fruit


  • Slice apples and pears into chunks, remove seeds while cutting


  • Muddle ingredients to release flavor


  • Pour whiskey (or vodka)


  • Add 2 cups apple cider


  • Add white wine


  • Top off with remaining apple cider to taste


  • Stir to mix flavors. Allow 20 minutes for fruit infusion


  • Slide apple slice along rim of glass and coat rim with cinnamon


  • Garnish with apple slices or cinnamon sticks and enjoy!
